The first step in each project is to obtain approval for the renovation concept from the building owner’s association or board (with the exception of private homes and some small brownstones). We manage this entire process on your behalf by submitting a detailed proposal that includes the work, plans, and drawings from our in-house architect, as well as all necessary contracting licenses, certifications, insurance, and specifications. We will file all necessary paperwork with the city and present the permits to your board.
