Management Approval and City Permitting
The first step in each project is to get the renovation concept approved by the building owner’s association or board (with the exception of private houses and some small brownstones). We manage this entire process on your behalf by submitting a detailed proposal of the work, plans and drawings from our in-house architect, and all contracting licenses, certifications, insurances, and specifications. We will file all necessary paperwork with the city and present the permits to your board.
