The Corinthian Renovations

Renovation of a full Murray Hill apartment, with new oak flooring throughout. The large curved living space with large windows and a custom built-in banquet offers panoramic skyline views. The U-shaped kitchen features SRNY semi-custom shaker cabinets with quartz countertops and a waterfall stone with an overhang to accommodate stool seating. The stainless steel appliances are backed by a marble herringbone backsplash and brushed nickel finishes. The large master bathroom features a stunning mix of marble hexagon tiles, a large stand-up shower, and a matching gray vanity and linen cabinet. All finishes are Brizo brushed nickel. In the guest, and kids' bath the gray tones are found throughout in the porcelain tiles, stand-up and powder gray vanities. as well as all plumbing fixtures are Brizo and the finish is brushed nickel.

“We hired Eli and his team to do a full gut renovation of our new 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment, where we did not leave a single room untouched. When I first spoke with him, Eli laid out the process end-to-end and emphasized the importance of planning upfront, which I fully appreciated.
